I’ve been looking through some pro eating disorder blogs today. You know what? I fucking love my body. Yeah, I’ve got a few extra pounds around the middle. Yeah, my thighs touch and I have to buy new jeans because after wearing them for a while, the denim wears through. Yeah, my knees bend in a weird way. But you know what else? I have an ass to die for. My hips sway naturally when I walk. Girls pay thousands of dollars to have breasts like mine. My calves are thick and strong. My eyes are seductive and my lips are bite-able. Of course I have my down days where I’d like to be a size 2. We all do. I’m not saying that I’m particularly large. I wear size 14 jeans and a 34DD bra. I weigh close to 190 pounds, last time I checked. I’m about 5’6”. But watch tv for a day, look through a magazine. If you ask anybody that deals with the media, I’m too fat. Whatever. At the end of the day, I’d rather eat ice cream and sit on the internet than eat salad and go to the gym. I don’t limit myself to 50 calories a week or 200 carbs a month or anything ridiculous. I eat what I want, I wear what I want, and I don’t give two fucks what anybody says about it anymore. I’m beautiful.
